Food cart operator Mason Goche loves making his ‘killa dillas’ – a Northwest riff on the quesadilla – for folks in North Portland’s Kenton neighborhood. But the 32-year-old businessman is worried, because the future of the new food cart pod at Nelson Plaza, on North Denver Avenue and North Argyle Street, isn’t looking too bright.
