Three Richmond men were acquitted of conspiracy to commit murder and gang charges Tuesday, in a case that resulted from a law enforcement wiretap operation. As they have done in the past, Contra Costa prosecutors also introduced rap videos made by two of the defendants that allegedly proved their gang ties, a decision blasted by a defense attorney following the trial.
