Raleigh police released this surveillance video image of Seaga Edward Gillard, 28, right, and Brandon Xavier Hill, 29, who were charged with first-degree murder in the double homicide of April Lynn Holland, 22, and Dwayne Garvey, 27, early Friday, Dec. 2, 2016, at the America’s Best Value Inn in Raleigh, where this surveillance video was made. Police say a 28-year-old man charged in the shooting deaths of a young couple last month at a Raleigh hotel used his smart phone after the shootings to search the Internet to see what kind of punishment he might face if he was arrested.
