Having recently taken first place honors the “Byron Ramblers” Robotics team, fourth and fifth graders from Byron Intermediate School, will advance to the state tournament Saturday, February 25 at Washington Magnet School in St. Paul. The Byron Ramblers took first place honors in three categories: Robot Design, Robot Performance and the Head to Head Competition at the Regional Tournament held in Rochester in December, advanced to the section tournament in St. Paul on January 7, and from there earned state birth honors.
