PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, Reston, Va., has formed an industry council focused on advancing High Pressure Processing as a critical technology in the food & beverage industry. Convened by PMMI, the HPP Council will address questions about the technology while developing and formalizing industry best practices.
