It took nine hours, but a standoff in Henrico’s East End finally came to an end Friday afternoon with two people being rushed to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police and SWAT units surrounded a Collins Road home after a gunman forced his way inside around 3:00 a.m. It happened not far from Ratcliffe Elementary School.
