An MS-13 pimp who goes by the street name 'Noctorno' has been accused of ordering a baseball bat beating of a 15-year-old girl who had been forced into prostitution. Illegal immigrant Miguel Angel 'Noctorno' Ayala-Rivera, 24, was charged with first-degree assault and a slew of other charges in Montgomery County, Maryland in connection with the beating.
