Webb County District Attorney Isidro "Chilo" Alaniz and Webb County Sheriff Martin Cuellar, along with other law enforcement officials, walk away from the scene where a fourth body was found Saturday, Sept. 15, 2018, near mile marker 14 of Interstate 35. A Border Patrol agent has been detained in connection with the slaying of four prostitutes.
