New EPA chief reverses truck emissions loophole

Election 2016: Seven seek to represent 1st Congressional District

There are seven candidates vying for the District 1 Congressional seat. The district includes all of Butte County and part of Glenn County, as well as all of Tehama, Shasta, Siskiyou, Modoc, Lassen, Plumas and Nevada counties, and part of Placer County.
