NFTA hires WSP consultants to plan Metro Rail extension, initially $5M

Rejecting advice from Rep. Brian Higgins to shrink its plans, the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority board Thursday voted to hire a consultant to plan extensions of Metro Rail.
