I guess the silver lining here is that Democrats seem to be shifting away from trashing American workers by saying their $1,000+ bonuses, some companies are handing out $3,000 checks, are " crumbs ." The Democratic Party tried to screw Trump over, and it's failed miserably.
The now-infamous memo was FINALLY released today ! What we all have been too patiently waiting for. With the release of the memo, we finally have proof that, without a shadow of a doubt, the Clinton machine, powered by the Obama Administration, using the DNC as its main appendage, funded the creation of a false dossier, that they simultaneously leaked to the press and sold to the FBI, and then pressured top government employees to turn that into a FISA warrant, and more broadly into what the MSM refers to as the "Russia Investigation".
President Trump prepares to sign the Executive Order on Promoting Free Speech and Religious Liberty during the National Day of Prayer event at the Rose Garden of the White House in Washington D.C., on May 4, 2017. WASHINGTON -- Presidents don't win fights with the FBI.
Budget uncertainty has become a familiar feeling in my young Army career. This year's government shutdown was my second, the first occurring in 2013, with 2011 a narrow miss.
U.S. President Donald Trump on Friday accused the FBI and the Justice Department's top officials of politicizing its investigations as the White House prepared to approve the release of a controversial secret Republican memo alleging FBI bias against him in its Russia probe. The top Leadership and Investigators of the FBI and the Justice Department have politicized the sacred investigative process in favor of Democrats and against Republicans - something which would have been unthinkable just a short time ago.
Mark Corallo is the spokesman/crisis manager/fixer that Republicans call when the bullets are flying and the enemy is at the gate. He runs into the burning buildings and stays until the fires are out and the embers have all been doused.
WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W. Va. Republicans are bracing for strong headwinds in this year's midterm elections, but also see signs that the environment might not be as treacherous as once anticipated.

Most presidents have had the sense not to bully the FBI by defaming its leaders and -- ridiculously -- painting its agents as leftist political hacks. Most members of Congress have also understood how unwise it would be to pull such stunts.
Congressional Republicans have gathered at a West Virginia resort in search of a winning election-year agenda. The best they have to offer in 2018 may be a recitation of the tax cuts approved in 2017 - and the threat of another government shutdown is looming.
Republican Chele Farley, who most recently served as New York City finance chair of the state party, on Thursday launched a run against U.S. Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand, who is up for re-election to a second full term this fall. Farley, a partner at the equity firm Mistral Capital, launched her effort with a video that borrowed an argument recently deployed by Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo : New York State pays roughly more in federal taxes than it gets back in federal aid - money, Farley said, that could be used to rebuild state infrastructure and boost education, among other things.
CNN might want to change its name to Collusion Narrative Network; as the network's morning program New Day spent nearly all of its three-hour time slot Thursday morning discussing the latest developments in the investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. Of course, many in the media desperately want to believe that the Trump campaign colluded with the Russians in order to secure his upset victory.
Melania Trump wore a white Christian Dior pantsuit to the president's State of the Union address Tuesday night, and several media outlets rushed to attach political and social significance to her sartorial choice. It's true that white is a color we've recently come to associate with political fashion statements.
In this Dec. 15, 2017 file photo, former Secretary of State and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton speaks to the GirlsBuildLA Leadership Summit in Los Angeles. Clinton is expressing regret about allowing a senior campaign adviser to keep his job after another worker complained in 2007 that he had behaved inappropriately.
The FBI needed probable cause to believe he was an agent of a foreign power, a standard that is not hard to meet. The controversy over FBI surveillance of Carter Page, who advised Donald Trump on foreign policy during his presidential campaign, tends to obscure how easy it is to get permission for a wiretap of a suspected foreign agent.
Trump's dark, defiant Inaugural address last January left even the former presidents on the dais looking stunned. "This American carnage stops right here and stops right now," he declared.
Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee, apparently disregarding Justice Department warnings that their actions would be ''extraordinarily reckless,'' voted Monday evening to release a contentious secret memorandum said to accuse the department and the FBI of misusing their authority to obtain a secret surveillance order on a former Trump campaign associate. The vote threw fuel on an already fiery partisan conflict over the investigations into Russia's brazen meddling in the 2016 presidential election.
The Page-Strzok text exchanges might offer a few answers. Or, as Lisa Page warned her paramour as early as February 2016, at the beginning of the campaign and well before the respective party nominees were even selected: One more thing: she [Hillary Clinton] might be our next president.
