DWR still expects feds to pay bulk of Oroville Dam spillway repair costs

Workers from Kiewit Infrastructure use 2x4 wood last week to construct forms for the construction of a concrete beam to be anchored to the top of the underground secant pile, or cut-off wall, at the Oroville Dam emergency control spillway.
