Law enforcement and borough leaders are aghast after Larksville's mayor announced during a council meeting Tuesday night that he doesn't want any more driving under the influence patrols - in an effort to protect area businesses. According to several sources who heard the exchange, the mayor's comments came after a councilman questioned why police didn't participate in a recent DUI patrol.
