Iran has fired a diplomatic warning shot at Washington by raising the prospect of building nuclear reactors for ships while staying within the limits set by its atomic deal with major powers, a U.N. nuclear watchdog report showed on Thursday. Borr Drilling Buys Paragon Offshore

Offshore rig firm Borr Drilling, controlled by Norwegian investor Tor Olav Troeim, is proposing to buy its rival Paragon Offshore for $232.5 million in a push to consolidate the fragmented rig market, it said on Thursday. The head of the U.S. Coast Guard's internal investigations in the Northwest was arrested Sunday in Vancouver on suspicion of climbing into his co-worker's bed and sexually assaulting the colleague's girlfriend. Jonathan Sall, 56, of Poulsbo, Washington is accused in Clark County of second-degree rape for the alleged abuse that occurred at the co-worker's home the same day Sall was arrested.
