There’s still a chance to sign up for the outdoor spring recreational season at the River Soccer Club, with registration remaining open through Wednesday, March 15. While registration is currently available online at www.riversoccerclub.com , the club will also feature walk-up registration on Wednesday, March 15, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the River Soccer Club Complex near Frankford. Indian River High School graduate Karlie Smith is continuing production during her junior campaign for the East Carolina University softball team, recently helping the Pirates to a 15-14 win over Seton Hall.
