Pennsylvania Court Throws Out Congressional Boundaries

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Monday struck down the boundaries of the state's 18 congressional districts, saying they violate the state constitution and granting a major victory to a group of Democratic voters who argued the districts were unconstitutionally gerrymandered to benefit Republicans.

Clinton campaign stop in Youngstown delayed by half hour

The Hillary Clinton campaign has pushed back by one half hour, the time at which the presidential candidate and her running mate will speak in Youngstown tonight. Campaign officials now say that Clinton and vice-presidential hopeful Tim Kaine are scheduled to speak at East High School at 8:15 p.m., instead of 7:45 p.m., as originally announced.
