Virginia Republican congressman Scott Rigell says he will vote for Libertarian Gary Johnson for president rather than for Republican nominee Donald Trump.
Rep. Scott Rigell of Virginia became the second Republican member of Congress to break from party lines and endorse a candidate who is not his party's nominee. The criticism at the Democratic National Convention last week directed toward Donald Trump had at least one significant flaw: They acted as though he had no policy plans at all, though in reality several of his economic proposals mimic what we hear from Democrats themselves .
