Hillary Clinton's campaign took to twitter during the early hours of Saturday - 3:20 a.m. to be exact - to tweet about her newly-announced plans for a "National Service Reserve," making an apparent wink-wink nod to GOP rival Donald Trump's affinity for tweeting during such hours. At a rally Friday in Coral Springs, Florida, Clinton slammed Trump for attacking former Miss Universe Alicia Machado with a series of early morning tweets Thursday.
