At this rate, it wona t matter if Trump colluded with Russia

Throughout the Trump-Russia investigation, the core question - the question that mattered above all others - was whether President Trump or his associates colluded with Russia to try to influence the 2016 election. If there were proof of that, the effect on Trump's presidency would have been devastating, and possibly fatal.

Your View: Republicans in Congress must take action

President Trump's seeming promotion of autocracy over democracy and his egocentric “Whatever Donald Wants, Donald Gets” approach to governing is surely taking our country and all of its citizenry down a dark and frightening path. There are so many examples of incompetence, belligerence, self-promotion, and total disregard of the Constitution and the welfare of the constituency he serves - the American people - that it is hard to determine which are his most egregious and damaging acts.

Your View: Mueller’s investigation could hurt Democrats more than Trump

As I write this, I can hear all of the liberal media establishment along with all of the Democrat Party and some lackluster Republicans shouting with joy that a special counsel has been named to investigate this supposed “Russian collusion with the Trump administration.” Former FBI Director Robert Mueller has been tapped by the deputy assistant attorney general to run this investigation, and it is hoped by one and all that a thorough and a quick investigation will ensue.  Even if this investigation takes several months, many areas will be looked into concerning anyone who may have had any dealings with, or access to or was in collusion with the Russian government.

What will their relationship mean for the 2015 international agreement that has, for now, frozen Iran's nuclear ambitions? The Iranian nuclear deal was the culmination of a decades-long pas de deux between the United States and post-revolutionary Iran - a push and pull, in which every step forward was seemingly followed by a step back.

Today, at 116 years young, we have achieved national recognition for our leadership and academic excellence in the fields of education, nutrition, the arts and sciences, and, especially, in the nursing and health care professions. But Texas Woman's University's work is not yet done.

What Resistance? Primary 2017 was a ‘politics as usual’ election: Tony May

In the aftermath of Donald Trump's election to the presidency last November, people who apparently are willing to say anything out loud if it will get them 30 seconds of face-time on cable TV were predicting massive voter backlash at the polls beginning with the 2017 "off year" election. Primary Election Day 2017 has come and gone in Pennsylvania and most if not all of the manifestations of "politics as usual" are still standing.
