Quickly disabused of any notion about new head coach Ian Cathro simply carrying on where Robbie Neilson left off, they are going to need every spare hour they can get during January. However much groundwork was laid to ensure a smooth transition between the Neilson and Cathro eras, it’s clear the players need time to adjust to not just a fresh voice but a different message.
