FORMER Rangers striker Kris Boyd has given his backing to Billy Davies for the vacant manager’s job at Ibrox. The resignation of Mark Warburton, assistant David Weir and head of recruitment Frank McParland was announced by the club on Friday evening and Davies is among the bookies’ favourites to take over.
