Olympian Sam Willoughby is making good progress with his rehabilitation from a serious spinal injury and dreams of walking down the aisle at his wedding later this year, according to his father. The two-time world champion BMX rider and Olympic silver medallist suffered a career-ending spinal injury during a training accident in the United States of America last year.
