The Water and Sanitation Department says while there’s been a significant improvement in levels at the Vaal and Bloemhof dams, water restrictions are still place until further notice. Spokesperson Sputnik Ratau says the even though the Vaal has not quite managed to reach that level, they still expect it to reach a 100% on either Monday or Tuesday.
