The Channahon Republican, who's running for re-election in the 16th Congressional District, told the Sauk Valley Media Editorial Board on Thursday that gun control is a bipartisan issue that needs to be approached outside of the far-leaning stances, the "ban all guns" or "do nothing" sides of the spectrum.
