Raul Grijalva, D-Tucson, was arrested in New York Tuesday afternoon on a charge of civil disobedience while leading a protest against President Trump's immigration policies with two other members of Congress. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., after they and the protesters sat in the middle of Fifth Avenue, in front of Trump Tower, and refused to move.
