Pilot warns of ‘sustained FETO threat’ in Turkish military

A Turkish military pilot, who is cooperating with prosecutors after being dismissed from the service over his links to suspected plotters of the July 2016 coup attempt, has warned about the "sustained threat" posed by "disguised members of [the Fethullahist Terrorist Organization] FETA- ." The Turkish authorities refer to the movement of U.S.-based leader Fetullah GA1 4len as FETA- , which is widely believed to have orchestrated the defeated coup on July 15, 2016, which left 250 people killed and nearly 2,200 injured.

The decision came in a lawsuit filed against the state by the Trump administration seeking to block all three laws.

US Coast Guard searching Lake Michigan for fisherman

Officials are searching Thursday for Mark Wautelet, who is in his 60s. Officials say Kewaunee Dispatch notified the Coast Guard late Wednesday of a 35-foot pleasure craft with one occupant that left the Kewaunee Marina at about 5 p.m. and was due back by about 9:30 p.m. The Coast Guard says a helicopter found the vessel beached on shore early Thursday before it left to refuel.

Turkey wins tender for procurement of four Pakistan Navy corvettes: Minister

"A tender opened by the Pakistan Navy to supply four corvettes has just been concluded and Turkey has won the tender," Canikli told reporters during an official visit to Montenegro on July 5, as quoted by state-run Anadolu Agency. Turkey signed a memorandum of understanding to produce four corvettes under the MA LGEM project in May 2017 for Pakistan.
