In a brief ceremony on Monday, Jan 3, Bandera County Clerk, Candy Wheeler administered the oath of office to Bandera County Judge, Richard Evans for his recent appointment, by Governor Greg Abbott, to the Governing Board of the Texas Indigent Defense Commission. Bandera County Tax Assessor/Collector, Gwenda Tschirhart witnessed the signing of the necessary documents and congratulated Evans on the new position.
