Gianfranco Zola has made two changes to the Birmingham City line-up that drew 1-1 with Newcastle United last week – but Craig Gardner has to settle for a place on the bench against Nottingham Forest. Gardner rejoined the club on Wednesday from West Bromwich Albion on loan until the end of the season five years after leaving for Sunderland.
