The assassination of Kim Jong-nam this week was so bizarre it could have been a scene in a 007 film. His brother, dictator Kim Jong-un , has executed more than 300 people to maintain his stranglehold on North Korea and the alleged methods include using flame throwers and feeding victims to dogs.
