Independent U.S. Senate Candidate Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai filed a federal lawsuit against the University of Massachusetts for what his campaign called attempting to rig the debates for the Senate election by keeping him off the debate stage, according a press release from his campaign Wednesday night.
