Appeals court voids pipeline safety order for Exxon

An appeals court has voided an order that would have required Exxon Mobil to revise its pipeline-safety procedures after a 2013 oil spill in Arkansas. California moved a step closer Friday to banning a widely used agricultural pesticide linked to birth defects, openly departing from the Trump administration's decision to walk back an Obama-era effort to ban the chemical. Dow and DuPont Receive Antitrust Clearance from U.S. Department of Justice for Proposed Merger
