Abandoned US theatres frozen in time after last curtain call as locations remain mystery



Abandoned theatres that once pleasured millions remain frozen in time across the US.They were the backbone of the entertainment industry but as time went on their attendances shrank. These majestic buildings lost their monopoly on audiences and, one by one, started to draw their final curtain. A few of the most spectacular theatres remain abandoned, shuttered and falling apart.
