FEMA is about to send a ‘Presidential Alert’ to millions of U.S. phones

Millions of Americans were sent a "Presidential Alert" to their phones today as a test to simulate a real message from the president in a national emergency. At 2:18pm ET, the Federal Emergency Management Agency began sending the alert, saying: "THIS IS A TEST of the National Wireless Emergency Alert System.

WikiLeaks CIA files: Are they real and are they a risk?

WikiLeaks has published thousands of documents that the anti-secrecy organization said were classified files revealing scores of secrets about CIA hacking tools used to break into targeted computers, cellphones and even smart TVs. Sununu releases first TV ad of gubernatorial campaign, focuses on business experience

Just more than a month ahead of the primary election, Republican Chris Sununu on Tuesday released the first television ad by any candidate in the campaign for governor. Sununu's campaign had planned to release the ad on Wednesday morning, but apparently due to a YouTube link that briefly went public when it was supposed to stay private, the state Democratic Party ended up viewing the ad and releasing it ahead of the Sununu campaign.
