WikiLeaks CIA files: Are they real and are they a risk?

WikiLeaks has published thousands of documents that the anti-secrecy organization said were classified files revealing scores of secrets about CIA hacking tools used to break into targeted computers, cellphones and even smart TVs. After five years of litigation, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments on Tuesday in the bitter patent dispute between the world's two top smartphone manufacturers over the amount Samsung should pay Apple for copying the iPhone's distinctive look. Police: Employee Fatally Shoots Supervisors at Plant

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation says a fatal shooting at an East Tennessee plant occurred while an employee was meeting with his supervisors. TBI spokeswoman Susan Niland said on Friday that the investigation indicates 45-year-old Ricky Swafford became upset while talking with two supervisors at the Thomas & Betts Corp. plant and left the building before returning a short time later with a gun and fatally shooting 44-year-old James Zotter and 68-year-old Sandra Cooley.

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd formally recalled 1 million Galaxy Note 7 smartphones sold in the United States, replacing or refunding the flagship phones, whose susceptibility to catching fire has damaged the image of the Korean powerhouse. Samsung received 92 reports of batteries overheating in the United States, including 26 reports of burns and 55 cases of property damage, the company said as it announced the recall in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission .
