Armonk Man Sentenced In I-684 Wrong-Way Crash That Killed Woman

An Armonk man has been sentenced to nearly a decade in prison after drinking, driving and getting involved in a wrong-way crash on I-684 in Bedford that took the life of a woman and left his passenger with severe injuries. On Thursday, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino announced that Zachary Tokson, 27, has been sentenced to an indeterminate sentence of three to nine years in state prison after pleading guilty to three felony charges related to a 2015 accident.

A longtime Mount Vernon criminal is facing serious charges after being charged in an 11-count indictment for allegedly attempting to stab a police officer who intervened when he was attempting to steal rims from a car dealership in Mount Kisco. On Thursday, acting Westchester County District Attorney James McCarty announced that Ronald Clare Greenland, 53, was arraigned in Westchester County Court on multiple charges for a November incident at the Arroway Chevrolet-Cadillac dealership on North Bedford Road.
