The Bureau of Customs has slapped smuggling charges against importers and brokers of smuggled used clothes, cigarettes, and agricultural products that arrived at a Manila port. BOC's Action Team Against Smugglers or BATAS filed smuggling cases last Friday against JJTS International Trading, Gandar International Import and Export Trading, Proline Logistics Phils.
