Yonkers Man Charged Following Drinking And Driving Death With .27 BAC

A Westchester man is facing up to 15 years in prison after drinking and driving with a blood alcohol content approaching four times the legal limit and getting into an accident that resulted in another driver’s death. On Wednesday, acting Westchester County District Attorney James McCarty announced that Liam Perry, 23, of Yonkers was arraigned on manslaughter charges for his role in an accident this summer that left a man dead in Yonkers.
