A Mount Kisco teenager is facing serious charges after he allegedly broke into a woman’s apartment and sexually abused her while she was sleeping over the weekend. On Monday, Westchester County Police spokesman Kieran O’Leary announced that 19-year-old Milton Herrera-Umana was arrested and charged with felony counts of second-degree burglary and first-degree sexual abuse after he unlawfully entered a woman’s apartment on Sunday morning.
