Weather Update: Snow, rain headed to Hudson Valley

A storm bringing snow and rain to the Hudson Valley on Thursday could leave up to 3 inches of accumulation in some part of the region. News 12 Meteorologist Brysen Van Eck expects snow to start falling in Rockland and Westchester counties between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. He predicts the snow will quickly turn into a wintry mix, and then turn over to all rain by noon.
