A Mount Vernon mother has pleaded not guilty to manslaughter following the “suspicious” death of her 15-month-old daughter last year. Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino said on Tuesday that Deasia Bartee, 27, pleaded guilty in court to a felony manslaughter charge for her role in the death of her daughter, Samia Yusef.
