Commuters get ready for slowdowns and major congestion when the northbound Armonk Road Connection closes for a week beginning Saturday, Feb. 18, Westchester County highway officials said. The roadway, which links Route 22 with the Bronx River Parkway and the Taconic State Parkway, will be closed to make repairs to the overhead bridge, officials added.
