Today we had that special treat prepared for us by James Beard Nominated Chef Mark Estee of Tampa’s Vuelo Mexican Grill. So what’s for dinner? How does a giant 12-inch flour tortilla filled with Pork Carnitas, rice and beans, served “wet” with special green and red enchilada sauces, topped with sour cream, cheese and Pico de Gallo sound.
