In the episode “Nonstop”, the murder of a Petty Officer in a small town outside D.C. prompts NCIS to once again work with “The Sherlocks,” a privately funded investigative team that includes their newest member, Anthony DiNozzo, Sr. , on NCIS, Tuesday, Feb. 7 , on the CBS Television Network. Richard Riehle returns as Walt Osorio, Jessica Walter returns as Judith McNight and Todd Louiso returns as Lyle Waznicki, all members of “The Sherlocks.”
