Kerry Ipema ‘s smart, hilarious sendup of “ Sex and the City ” is more than a night of fandom. “ One Woman Sex and the City: A Parody of Love, Friendship and Shoes ,” which comes to the Scherr Forum Theatre in Thousand Oaks Feb. 10, takes the audience back to the New York City of Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda.
