When the Galentine’s Day party invite reaches my inbox, I reflexively roll my eyes. First mentioned on “Parks and Recreation ,” the Feb. 13 Valentine’s Day alternative conjures up images of women clinking rose-colored cocktails, toasting “chicks before dicks” or “ovaries before brovaries.”
