Casco Bay High School English teacher Ekhlas Ahmed appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday at the invitation of host, Ellen DeGeneres. During her appearance on national television, Ahmed spoke about how the show helped her learn English when she came to America as an teenager with her family, refugees from the war in Darfur, Sudan.
