Chief Minister Palaniswamy, who seeks the Trust vote for his newly installed Government, needs to prove that at least 117 legislators in the 234-member state Assembly back him. The DMK leader claimed that the Speaker “ignored the rule that if the House is adjourned after moving a motion, it lapses”.
