Last Sunday night, 60 Minutes broadcast a segment about Remington Arms Company, LLC, and two tragic and fatal shooting incidents which occurred in 2011, involving the American gun manufacturer’s famous Model 700 rifle. I caught part of the show and knowing a little about the Model 700 – the rifle that I thought was unfairly purported as the villain – I chalked the segment up to being biased and unprofessional journalism, or lack thereof.
