The flood situation in Pahang has further improved following sunny days, with the number of evacuees declining to 873 from 222 families by noon today from 953 in the morning. State Malaysia Civil Defence Force director, Zainal Yusoff said the number of evacuees in Pekan district dropped to 732 from 771 .
