New Delhi, Dec. 19 : In the wake of the ongoing controversy surrounding the appointment of Lieutenant General Bipin Rawat as the next Army Chief, the Congress Party on Monday escalated its attack on the government while stating that this move would bring down the morale of the army top brass.
